Your Role

We are looking for a Graduate Ecologist to be based in Leeds, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme. Our national success in securing major Water Company frameworks has ignited growth within our ecology team. We're seeking passionate and talented ecologists to deliver innovative environmental solutions across the water industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake fieldwork and office-based tasks across terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems.
  • Conduct ecological surveys, including habitat classification and protected species assessments.
  • Prepare high-quality technical reports such as ecological appraisals, ecological impact assessments, and protected species survey reports.

About You

At Stantec, we value your potential over past experience. We welcome applications from graduates with a strong interest in the water industry and a Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:
