Your Role

We are seeking a Graduate Ecologist to join our 2026 Graduate Programme in Brighton. Our national success in securing major water company frameworks has driven significant growth within our ecology team, and we’re looking for passionate, talented ecologists to help deliver innovative environmental solutions across the water industry.

Your daily work will be dynamic and varied, combining fieldwork and office-based tasks. You can expect to spend time on-site conducting a range of ecological surveys, including habitat classification, assessment of protected species, and exploration of terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. You will also contribute to high-quality technical reports, such as ecological appraisals, ecological impact assessments, and protected species survey reports.

About You

Working Pattern

Please note, we ask our graduates to come into the office 4 days per week to ensure sufficient time with your team and the appropriate level of support.
