Salary: £70,000 - £75,000

We’re looking for an exceptional graduate-level EA/PA/Business Assistant to support the Operating Partner of a global Venture Capital fund that backs visionary entrepreneurs in crypto, cybersecurity, SaaS, consumer internet, and marketplaces.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work 1-1 for the Operating Partner – in a true partnership
  • Manage busy calendars and inboxes
  • Arrange meetings, travel, and coordination
  • Handle sensitive, high-stakes correspondence with finesse and attention to detail
  • Be the backbone of the Operating Partner’s team, ensuring smooth and effective projects run from inception to close
  • Support each transaction alongside the Operating Partner
  • Handle data and presentations, keeping the information flow up to date
  • Answer questions from and on behalf of the partners, the investors, and the Operating Partner
  • Work closely with a small, dynamic team—your role is critical to their success!
What We’re Looking For:
  • A graduate with approximately 5 years’ experience in a similar PA/EA role
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical approach
  • Strong writing skills, and the ability to think creatively
  • A critical thinker who looks to create solutions
  • The confidence to deal with investors and portfolio managers
  • Comfortable with numbers and data, and keen to learn
  • Strong GSuite, Apple, MS Office, and Keynote skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in the world of tech and start-ups
