Job summary

Endeavour Information Solutions in Belfast is seeking a Graduate Dynamics 365 Developer to join the Business Applications team. You will contribute to design, configuration and development on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the wider Power Platform, within an Agile delivery environment.

This role offers hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle, opportunities for progression and professional certification, and a supportive path to build technical consulting skills

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor (Hons) degree in business or computing or proven track record with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Willingness to learn and achieve Microsoft professional qualifications through continual learning.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, configuration and development of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Build and configure Power Apps (Model-driven and Canvas), Power Automate flows, Dataverse schema and security roles.
• Support Agile practices including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to change control processes and solution governance.
• Create and maintain clear documentation and engage with end-users for training and demonstrations.
