Job description

The opportunity to join our Development Team based in the Gloucester Office to support the delivery of professional valuation and development advice to a variety of commercial, private, and public/agency sector clients. The successful applicant will receive full APC support, training from industry-leading experts, and opportunities for long-term career progression.

Main Responsibilities

1. Achieve full membership of the RICS by completing the Graduate Surveyor Programme and RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.
2. Support the team in providing high-quality development consultancy advice to a wide range of clients.
3. Deliver agency on development sites.
4. Grow your network and working relationships with landowners, local authorities, and residential and commercial developers.
5. Assist in the delivery of services to clients accurately and on time.
6. Work independently and as part of a team.

Person Specification

The successful applicant will be a self-motivated team player with an RICS-accredited degree in a relevant discipline, at least a 2:1 or postgraduate equivalent. You will also possess good communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
