This hands-on laboratory role presents a valuable opportunity to contribute to a dedicated inorganic chemistry team driving innovation in lithium-based technologies. You’ll play a key role in supporting experimental trials, working closely with production and engineering teams, and fostering a continuous improvement culture aligned with high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist R&D projects and coordinate cross-functional scale-up activities
  • Interpret and communicate results from experiments and literature reviews
  • Stay current with developments in inorganic and lithium chemistry
