Within this role, you will be instrumental in creating customer reports and working closely with Implementation Service Managers and Report Developers. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting, successful, and expanding company.

Job Functions:

The Report Developer will assist in the creation and update of new and existing customer reports.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding the client report requirements
2. Creating various testing scenarios
3. Generating specified reports, reviewing, and raising any queries/issues
4. Assisting in troubleshooting
5. Providing a weekly update on report progress
6. Liaising with internal staff
7. Meeting scheduled delivery dates for the client
8. Handling support queries

Skills / Abilities:

1. Ability to analyze and interpret report requirements and liaise with appropriate team members to deliver product as per client specification
2. Ability to adapt to new software knowledge
3. Very detail-oriented
4. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
7. Ability to prioritize workload and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
8. Excellent PC skills including fluency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Essential:

Knowledge of VB.NET and SQL

Desirable:

Working knowledge of report writing tools
