The Role
You’ll support the design process from concept to completion, assisting with design coordination, understanding technical drawings, and helping ensure that design outputs align with project timelines and contract requirements.

You’ll also get involved in bid submissions and client presentations, helping to shape how we communicate our design strategy.

You will be supported through a structured development programme that gives you the tools and confidence to progress while working alongside experienced mentors across both preconstruction and live projects in the East Midlands.

We’re looking for someone who’s already completed a year in industry as part of a degree course and has access to a car, as you’ll be travelling to our sites and offices across the Midlands.
