JOB: Graduate Design Engineer

LOCATION: Exeter

TERM: Permanent

SALARY: GBP 25,000 - GBP 32,000, dependent on experience

My client designs and manufactures products and systems within the Manufacturing sector. They are looking for Graduate Engineers to join their team in Exeter on a permanent basis.

The Graduate Design Engineers will ideally have the following attributes:

  • Degree qualified in Engineering or similar
  • Interested in renewable energy and making a difference
  • A sound understanding of Engineering processes and materials
  • Ideally experienced working with a range of manufacturing processes
  • Hands-on technical experience through your course
  • Able to work to specific requirements and deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organised with excellent communication and teamwork skills

The Graduate Design Engineer Roles Will Involve:

  • Working to project specifications and deadlines
  • Documenting activities and analytics to set standards
  • Participating in technical training
  • Working to budgets and timescales
  • Investigating new solutions and areas within which the company can expand
  • Being involved in different manufacturing processes
  • Ensuring projects are delivered correctly and efficiently
