Job Description:
Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is looking for a Graduate Delivery Data and Performance Analyst with a relevant degree and some experience in data insights to interpret, visualize, and support performance and management practices. This is a full-time, permanent role based out of Glasgow, Chester, Swansea, or Redhill, requiring commuting 4-5 times a week.
The role involves working with multidisciplinary engineering, commercial, and construction teams throughout project lifecycles, supporting our UK operations across England, Scotland, and Wales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, collect, evaluate, and ethically use data from multiple sources to recommend performance improvements.
- Automate data interrogation processes to support dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI).
- Coordinate with various parts of Binnies UK.
- Understand and influence the contribution of the Delivery business to Binnies UK and division performance.
- Provide communication updates and data-driven recommendations to teams.
- Develop networking, presentation, reporting, and meeting skills with senior management.
- Enhance the overall efficiency and productivity of the business.
About You:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of AI and Microsoft tools like CoPilot, Power BI, Office365.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under time pressure.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Experience in data and performance management is advantageous but not required.
- Technical skills transferable to the water sector are valued.
- Motivated to work on water and environmental projects.
- Interest in professional qualification development.
- Degree in STEM or related disciplines, or strong STEM A-levels/Higher qualifications.
