Northrop Grumman UK invites graduates to join its Graduate Business Delivery Analyst programme in Cheltenham. You will help clients understand needs, improve processes and deliver solutions that contribute to national security and digital transformation.

Joining in September 2027, the two-year programme offers mentoring, diverse projects and hands-on consulting experience with delivery teams, budgets and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in a relevant field with strong analytical ability.
• Interest in delivery, Agile, business analysis or change management.
• Proven ability to gather, organise and interpret information from multiple sources.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research and evidence-based analysis to identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Gather, organise and manage business and user requirements.
• Support workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to gather insights.
• Analyse processes and recommend improvements to ways of working.
• Develop business cases, recommendations and client presentations.
