Data Science Analysts (Graduates 2024 or 2025), MSc in Physics or Maths preferred.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Partner with support departments to discover and deliver projects using data and statistics for trend analysis and optimization.
2. Perform statistical analysis on our customer base to formulate pricing or commercial strategies to optimize revenue.
3. Deliver insights to support business decisions and design algorithms to improve pricing or operational strategies.
4. Develop an understanding of relevant internal and external data sources.
5. Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to develop best practices in analytics and experimentation.
6. Design and build internal self-service analytics and experimentation tools.

Experience & Skills Required:

• A Master’s degree in a quantitative subject, ideally Physics or Mathematics.
• Ability to interpret commercial questions, query data (SQL), and apply statistical methods.
• Understanding of statistics (probability, sampling, hypothesis testing, regression) with practical application experience.
• Experience with statistical software and programming (R, SQL, Python) in datasets.
• Excellent communication skills to understand business needs, deliver findings, and foster collaboration.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience identifying opportunities for product or business improvements and measuring success.
• Experience with modeling techniques like time series forecasting, segmentation, clustering, anomaly detection.
