About the job

The Graduate Data & Automation Analyst position gathers, cleans, and interprets logistics, inventory, and supplier data to help Franke improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. This will include elimination of manual data handling, routine reporting, and human intervention across supply chain and other departments' workflows. By orchestrating data workflows, and deploying self-refreshing dashboards, this role turns disparate operational data into real-time, trusted insights. • Process Mapping: Analyse current manual data-handling processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend automated digital solutions.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and examine large datasets from ERP/MRP systems, warehouse logs, and shipping platforms to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Dashboard & KPI Development: Build, maintain, and automate reporting dashboards (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel) to track vital metrics such as inventory turnover, lead times, and delivery performance.
  • Master Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across supply chain systems, including Bill of Materials (BOM) maintenance and item attributes where applicable
