The Role

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graduate AI & Data Solutions Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in development and a passion for data. You will work closely with our clients to deliver innovative data solutions using Microsoft technologies.

This role works directly in the office of the CTO, providing a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.

• Strong skills in Python and data analysis.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Strong skills in building web applications and APIs using modern programming languages.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Proficiency using LLMs and effective prompting.
• Understanding of AI concepts and applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Daily, your varied role will include but will not be limited to:

• Collaborating with internal teams and the CTO to understand their AI & data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Developing and implementing data models, applications and AI tooling.
• Creating reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Supporting the integration of data solutions with other Microsoft technologies.
• Continuously improving and innovating within the office of the CTO.
