A Graduate Customer Support Engineer is sought to join an innovative engineering team in Essex, contributing to the successful implementation, support, and maintenance of advanced electronic test and measurement solutions.

The Graduate Customer Support Engineer, Essex, will play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and building trusted relationships with clients.You will collaborate with engineering, product, and R&D teams, ensuring customer issues are resolved effectively while contributing feedback to support product development and improvement.Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to installation, configuration, and maintenance of products.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to internal teams and act as a liaison to ensure timely resolution.
  • Document support tickets and create knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering training and tailored advice.
  • Collaborate with R&D to relay feedback and support product enhancements.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by providing timely and effective customer support.

The Graduate Customer Support Engineer, Essex, will have the following key skills:
