Role Overview

As a Graduate CX Project Manager at Sage, you will play a pivotal role in improving our customer journey across the Finance and ERP Division. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with marketing, product development, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of customer experience projects. Your goal will be to deliver projects on time, within scope, and focused on customer-centric outcomes.
