Job Description:

Curious about how leading businesses deliver exceptional projects and experiences?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Are you a recent graduate ready to kick-start your career - or perhaps your first role hasn’t turned out the way you hoped? If this sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team at Management Dynamics as a Customer Experience Associate.

About Us

Management Dynamics is an award-winning consultancy and a leader in organisational development. We partner with leaders and teams in FTSE 500 companies to shape culture, drive collaboration, and deliver sustainable performance. Our global team of consultants are experts across four core areas: Leadership, Teams, Coaching, and Talent Consulting. We're proud to work with organisations that make a positive, lasting impact on the world - and we’re known for our ability to spark meaningful change.

The Role

As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver outstanding programmes and projects to our clients. Working closely with our Account Managers, you’ll be involved at every stage of the project lifecycle - from planning and logistics to evaluation and client communication. You’ll be the driving force behind seamless, high-quality delivery.

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote work (from a location commutable to London) and regular in-person collaboration in London and Ascot. You’ll also have opportunities to travel to client sites across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of client projects and programmes.
  • Take ownership of delivering high-quality, accurate work on time.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain excellent communication with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Manage scheduling, logistics and materials for our award-winning programmes.
  • Administer our suite of assessments and certification programmes.
  • Ensure participants have everything they need to have a best-in-class learning experience.
  • Support Account Managers with subcontractor coordination, purchase orders, contracts, and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with our consultants and moderators to ensure they are set up for success.
  • Collect and analyse feedback, identify trends, and share insights to improve future delivery.
  • Contribute to internal continuous improvement initiatives including helping to identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology for improved efficiency.
  • Continue developing your skills in project delivery, consulting, and customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • A motivated and curious graduate with a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
  • Eager to learn and grow as part of a high-performing team.
  • A confident, proactive self-starter - you don’t wait to be told what to do.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Analytical thinker who enjoys spotting trends and creating insights.
  • Tech-savvy - comfortable using Microsoft Office and keen to explore AI and digital tools.
  • Calm and focused under pressure, with excellent organisational skills.
  • A collaborative team player who can manage multiple priorities effectively.

What You’ll Gain

  • A competitive salary of £29,000 per annum.
  • 28 days paid holiday plus Christmas closure and your birthday off.
  • Private medical insurance, life insurance, and pension.
  • Real exposure to global clients, senior leaders, and interesting business challenges.
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive, ambitious team.
  • Flexible working and autonomy over how you manage your time.
  • Training, development, and meaningful career progression.
