Job summary

Optima Recruitment Limited in Chessington is seeking a Graduate Creative Strategist. You will join the creative team to generate content ideas, research trends, write briefs and shape campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

You’ll receive hands-on training from day one and plenty of opportunities to grow as the company expands. We’re looking for recent graduates who live on social media, are curious, organized and eager to learn.

Salary: £30,000 + up to £6,000 annual bonus

The Role
