Job summary

Optima Recruitment Limited, a fast-growing digital agency, is looking for a Social Media Executive in Chessington. You will help shape campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, generate ideas and write briefs.

You’ll receive hands-on training from day one, with real responsibility and clear opportunities to progress in digital marketing as you grow with the team. Salary starts at 28k, rising to 30k after probation, plus up to 6k annual bonus.

We're a fast-growing digital agency helping online brands and creators grow through standout social media content. We're looking for a creative graduate who's obsessed with social media, loves spotting trends and wants to turn that passion into a career.

The Role

You'll work with our creative team to come up with content ideas, research trends, write briefs and help shape campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

You'll receive hands-on training, real responsibility from day one and plenty of opportunities to develop as we grow.
