Vision for Education Ltd invites motivated recent graduates to join our Cover Supervisor Programme (CSP). This initiative is designed for individuals aiming to transition into teaching and to build valuable classroom experience before applying for teacher training.

As a Coversupervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, keeping students engaged. Full training is provided, so no teaching qualifications or prior school experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant experience working with young people.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead a classroom and manage behaviour.
• Organised, reliable and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
