Location: Bromley
Contract: Permanent
Salary: 24,395 - 29,346 depending on experience

Aspire People are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Cover Supervisor to join a high-achieving secondary school in Bromley. About the role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising classes across a range of subjects and year groups (mainly KS3 and KS4).
Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring students remain on task.
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Supporting students with their learning and answering questions where possible.
Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
