An established industry player in education is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join their supportive team as Cover Supervisors. We are presently seeking multiple graduates to assist the school during exam season, which is a particularly demanding time for cover. However, the school is also potentially open to appointing a full-time cover supervisor to assist with their ongoing requirements and for continuity. A fixed-term contract may be offered to the right individual.
The preferred applicant is enthusiastic and committed to education and having a positive impact; they will also be willing to get involved and be comfortable covering a range of subjects across the school when needed. Previous experience is not mandatory as the school can provide shadowing opportunities, full inductions, and access to various courses via Teaching Personnel.
Salary: £90-£100 per day, based on experience

Job Description:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day functioning of the school by overseeing classes in the absence of regular teachers. You will make sure students stay focused on their assigned work, manage classroom conduct, and offer assistance as needed.
