• 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or closely related field (2026/2027) or a bachelor’s degree with a relevant Master’s
• Available to start full-time from September 2027
• Permanent Right to Work in the UK (visa sponsorship not needed)

Responsibilities

• Support cost planning, procurement, tendering and contract administration on live projects
• Assist with valuations, change control and financial reporting
• Collaborate with clients, designers and contractors to deliver projects
• Develop understanding of estimating processes and cost control in the Built Environment
