Job Description

About SS&C:

SS&C is a global provider of technology and services to the financial industry. Our clients rely on our platforms and expertise —and we rely on curious, capable graduates like you to help us build the future.

Are you passionate about driving change and making processes more efficient? We’re looking for a motivated and analytical graduate to join our Continuous Improvement (CI) team in Stirling. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and apply continuous improvement methodologies across a variety of business functions

Working closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams, you’ll be supporting and eventually leading improvement projects that enhance performance, streamline processes, and deliver measurable benefits to our clients and internal teams . The projects and stakeholder exposure will offer you a broad, cross-functional view of the organisation

What you’ll be doing:

Conducting data analysis to measure current performance and identify improvement opportunities

Supporting CI projects from planning through to implementation and review

Documenting progress and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Creating business cases for proposed projects to inform prioritisation decisions

Producing reports, dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders

Assisting in training sessions and workshops on Continuous Improvement and Systems Thinking

What we’re looking for:

A 2:2 degree or above in Business or Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science/ Information Systems or business-related subject – graduating in 2024 - 2025

Strong data analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills

Awareness of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Systems Thinking)

Familiarity with workflow automation tools

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Clear communication skills and the ability to present insights effectively

Your Graduate Journey:

In your first 6–12 months, you’ll be buddied up on live CI assignments to learn how our projects are structured and delivered. As your confidence grows, you’ll begin to take ownership of your own initiatives—working directly with teams across the business including Contact Centres, Back Office Operations, and external financial clients.

Your learning will progress from observation and support to leading workstreams. By the end of your first 6 months, we expect you to have transitioned from learner to independent contributor within the CI team.

Applications close 14th June 2025, but may close earlier if we receive a high volume
