Freshminds has partnered with a fast-growing boutique consultancy looking for an Associate to join their team in September 2025. This full-time position is ideal for a high-calibre graduate with fluency in German, Swedish or Dutch and a keen interest in research, consulting, and investment.

What you’ll be doing:

You will work closely with the senior team to support due diligence and management team referencing. Your responsibilities include analyzing leadership teams and preparing materials for investor reports, based on in-depth interviews with senior executives.
