Freshminds has partnered with a fast-growing boutique consultancy that is seeking an Associate to join their team in September 2025. This full-time role is ideal for a high-caliber graduate fluent in German, Swedish, or Dutch, with a keen interest in research, consulting, and investment.

What you’ll be doing:

Working closely with the senior team, you’ll support all aspects of due diligence and management team referencing. Your work will involve analyzing leadership teams and preparing materials for investor reports, based on in-depth interviews with senior executives.

You’ll play a key role in helping investors make informed decisions before acquisitions, gaining exposure to a range of industries.
