Freshminds has partnered with a fast-growing boutique consultancy that is looking for an Associate to join their team in September 2025. This full-time position is ideal for a high-calibre graduate with fluency in German, Swedish or Dutch, and a keen interest in research, consulting, and investment.

What you’ll be doing:

Working closely with the senior team, you’ll support all aspects of due diligence and management team referencing. Your work will focus on analyzing leadership teams and preparing materials for investor reports, based on in-depth interviews with senior executives.

You’ll play a key role in helping investors make informed decisions ahead of acquisitions, gaining exposure to a broad range of industries in the process.
