Graduate Construction Project Manager

£25,000 - £30,000 + Full Project Management Training + Career Progression + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + 38-Days Holiday + Pension

Office Based: Commutable from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester, Swindon, Oxford, Bristol and Surrounding Areas

Are you a Junior/ Graduate within a construction background or similar looking for the excellent opportunity to be heavily invested in through specialist training into Project Management, kickstarting your career within a company known for their excellent progression opportunities into seniority and management?

On offer is full specialist training into becoming a fully qualified project manager within the building services industry, working for a close-knit company known for heavily investing in and progressing their engineers whilst maintaining an excellent culture within the workplace.

The specialist company has been established for over 4 decades within the MEP industry and is known for having an excellent company culture with a fantastic reputation for staff retention and care. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to take on additional engineers to fully train into Project Management.

On offer is the opportunity for someone to join a rapidly expanding company with full project management training provided into the building services industry where you will be responsible for supporting the company's clients within the office and carrying out occasional site visits to oversee ongoing projects once fully upskilled.

This role would suit a Junior / Graduate engineer from a construction background or similar looking for the opportunity to get their foot in the door with full Project Management training provided with excellent progression opportunities.

The Role:

1. Specialist Training into becoming a Project Manager
2. Full Training into the building services industry
3. Office Based with occasional client visits

The Candidate:

1. Junior / Graduate engineer from any construction background or similar
2. Motivated to move into Project Management
3. UK Drivers license required
