A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate Construction Project Manager to join their growing Birmingham office.

The Graduate Construction Project Manager Role

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, working on a variety of commercial projects across the UK, especially in the Logistics and Hotel/Leisure sectors. Responsibilities include managing projects from inception to completion, site visits, client meetings, tendering, and contract administration.

The consultancy offers services in Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent, and Project Management, providing an excellent chance to develop expertise across these areas and become a well-rounded Project Manager.

The role supports achieving chartership, with strong internal support, dedicated training programs, and industry development opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:
  • A construction-related degree (construction or project management, quantity surveying, or building surveying preferred)
