Alpha Bank London Limited is looking for a Graduate Compliance Intern to join our Compliance team in London. You will support building and maintaining the Bank's Regulatory Universe and gain exposure to governance, horizon scanning, and regulatory change management.

The role suits a recent graduate with strong research and data management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in regulation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with degree in Law, Business Studies, English or Finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse information and present findings clearly.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Hybrid working with a minimum of three days per week in our London office (Wednesday is a core office day).
• To maximise the internship experience, interns are encouraged to spend four days per week in the office.
• Recruitment and interviews will take place during October 2026.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship not provided for internship roles.

Responsabilités

• Support the Compliance team in maintaining regulatory information, records, and documentation.
• Assist with monitoring and tracking regulatory requirements relevant to the Bank's activities and permissions.
• Prepare, analyse, and present compliance management information and governance reports.
• Support horizon scanning activities by monitoring regulatory developments, industry updates, and emerging risks.
• Contribute to the preparation and distribution of regulatory updates, newsletters, and awareness communications.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure information is organised and up to date.
• Assist with administrative activities across the Compliance function, including data collection, document management, and reporting.
• Work collaboratively with Compliance colleagues to support ongoing monitoring, governance, and compliance programmes.
• Develop a broad understanding of banking regulations, regulatory obligations, and compliance best practices.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Compliance Intern to join our Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is interested in developing a career in compliance within the banking sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a major compliance project focused on building and maintaining the Bank's Regulatory Universe, providing a comprehensive overview of the Bank's permissions, obligations, and requirements. Alongside this, the role offers exposure to compliance governance, horizon scanning, and regulatory change management, providing a strong foundation in how a regulated financial institution operates.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys research, analysis, data management, and interpreting regulatory information.

What You’ll Do
