About this role

AlphaSights is composed of ambitious professionals committed to accelerating progress for our clients and helping them make more informed decisions. As a Graduate Compliance Associate, you will join a high-performing global team (you can learn more about our Legal & Compliance team by watching a video) that works closely with our core service delivery teams to ensure our clients are served to the highest compliance standards while enabling AlphaSights’ fast-growing commercial success. Your responsibilities will include monitoring client requests, developing and implementing new policies and compliance products, anticipating possible business roadblocks, training employees, and providing guidance to delivery teams. You will need to think quickly and critically, have meticulous attention to detail, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

You’ll work on multiple short-term and long-term requests simultaneously, developing effective communication, prioritization, and project management skills.

Daily responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring active projects to flag and mitigate potential risks
  2. Providing guidance to delivery teams on their projects
  3. Collaborating with regional and global teams on projects to develop and set industry standards
  4. Working with internal stakeholders globally to drive progress and procedural enhancements
  5. Designing and implementing operational policies and processes to protect clients
  6. Creating and delivering tailored in-person and e-learning training sessions

This role is fast-paced and cross-functional, emphasizing problem-solving, attention to detail, creative thinking, innovation, and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials (2:1) and notable extracurricular leadership
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in law, risk management, consulting, operations, or compliance
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Career Progression

  • Years 0-2: Compliance Associate responsible for developing and executing global policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across projects.
  • Years 3+: Senior Compliance Associate leading and developing team members and managing key initiatives.
