Due to expansion, our client requires a recent graduate to develop as a Graduate Commercial Property Manager. This role offers great scope for progression for the right candidate.

Job Description for the Graduate Commercial Property Manager:
  • Work closely with the director to manage a portfolio of properties including office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, blocks, & estates.
  • Manage health and safety and statutory compliance.
  • Conduct periodic property inspections.
  • Organise and oversee maintenance and repairs.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and other parties.
  • Handle rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Manage interim and terminal dilapidations claims.
  • Prepare and administer service charge budgets and reconciliations.
  • Work with the accounting team on rent collection and arrears management.

Preferred candidate qualities for the Graduate Commercial Property Manager role include:

  • A relevant degree.
  • Full driving license.
  • Clean Professional Indemnity record.
  • Previous experience is advantageous.

Skills required include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems like Agency Pilot.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage instructions, maintain files, and prepare reports to client and RICS standards.
