Job summary
Graphcore's two-year Graduate Cloud Platform Engineer programme develops practical experience across Linux, cloud technologies, networking, storage, observability, OpenStack, Kubernetes, CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code. You'll learn to automate, troubleshoot and communicate findings while supporting internal teams and cloud customers.
The role emphasises hands-on work with logs, metrics and platform decisions impacting users, with opportunities to grow technical judgement and collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Electronic Engineering or related subject, by summer 2027 or within two years before start.
- Experience using Linux command line with scripting or programming (Python or Bash).
- Familiarity with Git or another version-control system, with documentation and code review approach.
- Methodical troubleshooting and ability to communicate findings and collaborate with others.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy and operate services across Graphcore's AI infrastructure.
- Write automation, investigate issues, and analyse logs and metrics.
- Validate AI hardware and the supporting infrastructure; learn how Linux, networking, storage and cloud services fit together.
