Job summary

Mott MacDonald in Leeds is recruiting a Graduate Analyst to join our climate and sustainability consultancy team. You’ll contribute to projects spanning infrastructure decarbonisation, climate resilience, and sustainability performance across sectors such as transport, water and buildings.

You will join a three-year Accelerating your Future development programme with mentoring, structured training, and a hybrid working policy to support well-being and career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expected to achieve one of the listed degree disciplines.
• Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
• Interest in climate, sustainability and infrastructure decarbonisation.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
