Graduate Client Services Administrator

Location: Bedford

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5pm

Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum

My Client is a Top 100 UK Independent broker specialising in the commercial insurance industry. They have a positive and enthusiastic approach to winning and retaining business and offer a lively working environment. We are recruiting graduates or individuals interested in starting a career in insurance as client services administrators. This is an entry-level role, so eagerness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Submit client insurance risk information to insurers for quotations
  • Use the company CRM system and keep records updated
  • Create risk presentations
  • Complete sub-contractor questionnaires for clients
  • Handle Mid Term Adjustments for policies
  • Work with account handlers and insurers, building strong relationships
  • Invoicing clients mid-term
  • Conduct compliance audits
