Job summary

BakerHicks offers a dynamic two-year Graduate scheme for Civil or Structural Engineers, combining technical training with professional development and hands-on project experience.

You'll work with industry-leading teams on diverse, high-profile projects, gaining skills in design, calculations, CAD work, and multidisciplinary collaboration while developing essential soft skills and leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil, structural or architectural engineering or related field.
• Willing to learn and develop professionally during a two-year programme.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to civil and structural designs that fulfil project requirements.
• Working with a team including other disciplines to produce safe, efficient, sustainable and buildable solutions.
• Provide project delivery by performing calculations manually and with industry-standard software, collaborating with technicians to develop sketches and CAD drawings, and ensuring all designs comply with our rigorous quality standards.
