The Role – Graduate Civil / Structural Engineer

As a Graduate Engineer at SA Consulting, you will:

  • Work on a variety of civil and structural engineering projects across different sectors.

  • Collaborate within a supportive, close-knit team of engineers.

  • Learn directly from senior, chartered engineers with decades of industry expertise.

  • Communicate with architects, clients, and contractors to broaden your professional experience.

  • Develop technical knowledge in design, analysis, and drafting.

This role offers an excellent foundation for graduates seeking a career in structural or civil engineering in the UK.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for motivated and driven graduates who want to build a long-term career in engineering. You will need:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Civil and Structural Engineering (minimum 2:1).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional approach.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads, and work effectively in a small team.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit, MasterSeries, or other structural analysis software is desirable (training provided).

  • A full UK driving licence.

  • Permanent right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
