Job summary

RGB in Manchester is recruiting a Graduate Engineer - Civils and Structures on a permanent basis with a salary of £29,000 to £31,000 per year. You will join either the shoring and below-ground propping design team or the above-ground group, contributing to geotechnical tasks and structural analysis, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering with an interest in geotechnics.
• Experience or exposure to geotechnical design is advantageous.
• Interest in major civil projects and foundations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work in the shoring and below-ground propping design team or the above-ground group in Manchester.
• Contribute to geotechnical tasks: pile design, SI interpretation, deep excavation support.
• Perform structural analysis including bespoke steelwork and connections.
• Receive full training and pursue chartership through the firm's training scheme.
• Assist on major projects including deep basements.
