Tony Gee and Partners is recruiting Graduate Civil Engineers in our Birmingham and Stonehouse offices.

We are recruiting Graduate Civil and Structural engineers across our UK locations; Birmingham, Esher, Ashford & Stonehouse for the following disciplines:

  • Highways
  • Structures
  • Rail
  • Bridges
  • Marine
  • Power and Energy
  • Geotechnics
The Opportunity

Selected candidates will be enrolled onto our Graduate Training Scheme, which is fully accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers. You will be fully supported to achieve professional chartership and helped through the process by our dedicated Professional Development Manager.

During your time as a graduate, you will work alongside some of the best engineers in the industry on exciting and challenging projects. We will encourage collaborative behaviors and support your personal and professional growth.

What will you be doing

As a Tony Gee Graduate, you will be involved in designing and delivering exciting projects with high-profile clients. From your first day, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative and technically challenging projects. You will be guided through your responsibilities in our nurturing, professional, and technically excellent environment.
