Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Graduate Civil Quantity Surveyor to assist in measuring and valuing civil engineering works, and to support the commercial side of project delivery. The role offers exposure to interim valuations, variations and final accounts within a vibrant, multi-functional team.

You will work with Project Managers and Site Engineers to monitor progress, maintain accurate cost records, and help procure subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Placement or internship experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent record keeping and administration skills.

Responsibilities

Graduate Civil Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
