Job summary

BWB Consulting Ltd in Nottingham is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join a team spanning Property & Structural Engineering, Infrastructure & Roads, and Water. You’ll work on real projects, gaining hands-on experience and expanding your technical skills through increasing responsibilities.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, technicians and clients while applying core engineering principles and standards to deliver sustainable solutions. Training and Chartership support are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or current study.
• Interest in one or more civil engineering disciplines.
• Some knowledge of AutoCAD or other industry software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaborative abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take on challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and delivery of a wide range of projects with engineers.
• Produce design solutions, drawings, calculations and technical information.
• Gain practical experience on smaller projects before tackling larger schemes.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, clients and other disciplines.
