Job summary

MWH Treatment in the United Kingdom is inviting graduates to join the 2027 intake for a Civil Engineering-based development programme. You will rotate between design and site experience, work with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to real projects from day one.

The three-year programme includes structured training, mentorship, regular salary reviews and a strong route to professional status with relevant institutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering required or expected within the programme.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn and develop.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
