Job summary

Tyréns AKT invites graduates to apply for its 2027 Graduate Programme in London, offering an entry into civil infrastructure with a design-led approach. You will work on highways, drainage and utilities, supported by experienced engineers and a structured training plan.

You will develop technical drawings, calculations and documentation, gaining exposure to British Standards, DMRB and Eurocodes while collaborating with architects and other consultants. Applications close 30 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in civil infrastructure, transport and sustainable engineering.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Placement or internship in engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of civil infrastructure schemes across projects.
• Assist with design of highways, drainage, utilities and external works.
• Carry out calculations, assessments and checks under supervision.
• Develop civil drawings, specifications and reports.
• Use industry software to develop engineering solutions and communicate them.
• Collaborate with architects, structural and landscape teams to coordinate designs.
• Attend meetings and site visits to understand on-site delivery.
