Tetra Tech is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our highways and infrastructure team in Leicester, with potential locations in Manchester or Bristol. Start date September 2027, with a hands-on programme and regular training to build technical and professional skills.

You’ll contribute from day one with design work, reviews, and contract support while benefiting from our Next Gen Talent development programme and structured learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree in Civil Engineering (MEng, BEng or BSc).
• Experience using civil engineering design software including AutoCAD.
• Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Suitability for security clearance is required.

Responsabilités

• Progress design work on highways, bridges and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with design reviews and verification checks to ensure quality.
• Support contract administration and project delivery activities.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
