You’ll work on live buildings and infrastructure teams while pursuing chartered status with ICE or RICS. Expect national travel and a focus on safety, quality, sustainability, and client outcomes.

You’ll rotate across projects and specialisms, with four dedicated PD days per year and cohort-based development activities in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related subject, completed or due in 2027.
• Curiosity, drive and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel and move between project locations.
