The position offers the chance to work closely with experienced directors, engineers, and technicians across various projects in the commercial, residential, retail, and industrial sectors. You will receive mentoring, structured training, and clear pathways to professional accreditation, including ICE chartership.

Job Overview

• Assist in designing and developing infrastructure projects, including drainage (SUDS) and adoptable roads.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Coordinate with statutory bodies such as water authorities and local councils.
• Use industry-standard software like AutoCAD for technical analysis and modelling.
• Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and on-site inspections.
• Prepare and manage technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and calculations.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Keen interest in pursuing professional accreditation with a recognized engineering body (e.g., ICE).
