A top highway maintenance contractor in Luton is seeking motivated individuals for a role in their Highways maintenance team. As part of this role, you will engage in real construction projects, manage daily site activities, and design highway improvements. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and have a valid UK Driving License. You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.
What will you be doing? Learning from our experienced engineers while getting hands-on with real construction projects. You’ll help manage daily site activities to keep things running smoothly—on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. As your skills grow, so will your responsibilities, with support from a dedicated mentor.
