Permanent | Full-time | Development Infrastructure | Entry-level role

Are you a Civil Engineering graduate (or have 1-2 years of experience) looking to kick-start your career with a forward-thinking consultancy? I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded development infrastructure and planning specialist based in Hungerford. They're looking for a Graduate or Assistant Civil Engineer to join their growing team.

About the Role
You'll be supporting senior engineers on a diverse range of technically interesting projects across residential, commercial, and industrial developments. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with planning applications, infrastructure design, and technical approvals-while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist with site assessments and feasibility studies

  • Support the preparation of planning and design packages, including drawings, reports, and calculations

  • Learn and use design software such as AutoCAD, Site 3D, MicroDrainage, and Flow

  • Attend site visits and support technical approval processes with local authorities
