Natta Building is a progressive civil engineering company with over 50 years experience and is looking to expand due to current healthy workload. We are looking to recruit graduate civil engineers in several locations across the southeast of England.

Candidates should have a Civil Engineering degree recognised by the ICE, with the desire to work towards becoming chartered on our ICE approved training scheme. If a UK degree is not held, confirmation of ICE acceptance of your degree should be forwarded with your application.

We work in a fast-paced environment and this position will suit candidates that take on information quickly and flourish when working on multiple concurrent challenges. We undertake many different types of projects and would look to give you experience across multiple sectors or can target specialities if you have a particular interest. There are opportunities to train with other Engineers from all over the world and to build relationships with co-workers to broaden your support network, all encouraged by Natta.

We are looking for self-motivated candidates, capable of managing their own workload. Strong communication skills are essential for clear interface with our workforce and clients. Candidates will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and CAD skills would be beneficial. Training on the latest robotic EDM equipment will be provided. We are looking to employ engineers with the desire to progress to project management and will train you with this in mind. Accuracy of work on site and within the office is required and is key to progression within the company. This is a site-based role, suiting someone with the practical skills required to work either as a principal contractor or sub-contractor depending on the project.

There will be opportunity to get involved with elements of design, but the role would not suit someone looking for a full time design position or anyone with an architectural or structural bias. We are offering a starting salary of £38,000 p/a, with an annual pay review and bonus linked to performance along with ICE approved training after successful demonstration of your commitment, with subscription fees paid. Transport or fares will be provided or reimbursed as required. You will be provided with a company phone and laptop. Fluency in reading, writing and spoken English is mandatory for this position.
