IG Masonry Support are offering a unique opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer to step into a fast-paced, highly technical environment where no two projects are the same.

As market leaders in masonry support systems and brick slip solutions, we combine smart design with technical excellence — and now we're looking for the next generation of engineering talent to join our journey.

This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be involved in designing, assessing, and supporting the production of our lintel range. You’ll work closely with our technical and factory teams to make sure everything we produce is strong, safe, and built to the highest standards.

Your Role:

• Assist in the design, specification, and delivery of bespoke masonry support and brick slip systems
• Collaborate with experienced engineers, architects, and construction partners
• Carry out technical calculations, CAD reviews, and structural assessments
• Get hands-on experience with cutting-edge building technologies
• Contribute to innovation, sustainability, and quality on every project
